When the rolling bearing is stationary, even if the load is not large, the vibration of the surrounding environment will produce a symmetrical dent in the dovetrack.

 

4, damaged

 

When the roller bearing seal is poor, dust or fine particles into the rolling bearing or poor wetting, will cause serious surface damage or damage, improve the vibration and noise of the rolling bearing.

 

5. Current erosion

 

Depending on the current of the rolling bearing, a small spark may be generated, which may result in a partial hardening of the surface and small dents or grey-black contouring. Deep pits appear in more severe cases.
